It’s our mission to have WordCamp Sacramento represent the passion, talent, and diversity of our community, and we want you to be a part of it! We are looking for speakers to share their knowledge, skill, experience, and stories with our welcoming community at WordCamp Sacramento, happening September 16-17, 2017 at the Sacramento Convention Center.

Talks for all skill levels and all topics will be considered. Presentations will be a mix of approximately 30-45 minute sessions and 10-minute lightning talks. We’re specifically looking for talks covering development, design, tools and resources, and blogging.

We do want to feature our local WordPress talent and users, so preference will be given to local speakers. To those outside of Sacramento, don’t let this discourage you! Each submission will be thoroughly read and discussed with the WordCamp Sacramento organizing team. Preference will also be given to talks directly tied to WordPress, WordPress plugins, WordPress-related tools and resources, and/or helping attendees use, leverage, or do more with WordPress.
