The American Academy of Home Care Medicine serves the needs of thousands of physicians and related professionals and agencies interested in improving care of patients in the home.

Academy Board member volunteers and members work to reduce barriers and enhance practice education. Notable successes include: fostering increased reimbursement, sponsoring multiple educational and scientific seminars, and providing the practice community with a variety of helpful publications.

We are pleased to invite home care medicine professionals to submit proposals for sessions at the 2017 AAHCM Annual Meeting. This is a great opportunity to get involved with the Academy and showcase your knowledge and expertise. Your participation will help contribute to the field of home care medicine and add to the quality of education provided at the annual meeting. AAHCM members and non-members are invited to submit proposals!

Honoraria Policy

  • Academy members will receive full complementary registration
  • Non-Academy members will receive a $700 honoraria
